Outbreak is an antivirus Pac-Man: you steer a bot that clears the network of viruses while dodging malware. It is free, runs in your browser and needs no account or install.

- 1Move the antivirus bot (arrows, WASD, swipe or d-pad) to eat every virus on the network.
- 2Dodge the malware or grab a firewall to turn the tables and eat it instead.
- 3With a firewall active, eat several malware in a row within the window to chain x2, x4 and x8.
- 4Clear the whole network; doing it without touching a single firewall triggers the risk bonus.
Tips to score higher
- Herd the malware into one corner and only then grab the firewall, so you eat them all in a row and reach x8.
- Skipping firewalls raises the risk multiplier (up to x5) and fattens every virus, but leaves you with no safety net.
- You have 3 lives and each cleared level speeds the game up; the chain expires when the power runs out, so eat fast.
