How to play Pipeline
Pipeline is an assembly-line arcade: each parcel reaches the scanner and you route it to the right exit, reading the label instead of trusting the box colour. It is free, runs in your browser, and needs no account or install.

- 1Check the parcel at the scanner. If it is good, read its destination label and send it to the lane of the matching colour; the painted box colour can lie, so read the label.
- 2If the box is marked with a defect (crushed, wet, broken), send it to the matching dashed defect bin instead.
- 3Every correct route banks safe points and also grows an at-risk pot under a rising multiplier.
- 4Hit Bank to lock in the pot bonus (and reset the streak), or push for one more; a miss or a timeout wipes the pot and costs a life.
Tips to score higher
- Always read the destination label, not the box colour: a box can be painted one colour and labelled another, and the label is what counts.
- Treat the pot like a bank: a longer streak means a higher multiplier, but one miss wipes the whole pot, so bank before you risk a tricky route.
- Defect boxes go to the dashed bins, not the colour lanes; swapping the two families counts as a miss and costs a life.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I have to pay or make an account?
- No. Pipeline is free, runs in your browser, and needs no sign-up or install; you get three lives per run and your best score stays on the device.
- Isn't the box colour enough to pick the lane?
- No. The box paint may not match its destination; what counts is the destination label shown at the scanner. Always read the label before you route.
