Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Trailhead, the casual games platform by Backpackers World Adventures. By using Trailhead you accept these terms; if you do not agree, do not use the service. This is plain-language text and is not a substitute for legal advice.
1. The service
Trailhead offers daily games and arcades for entertainment, provided as is. We may change, suspend or discontinue games and features at any time.
2. Account
You can play without an account. If you create one (by email or magic link), you are responsible for keeping access secure and may request deletion at any time.
3. Premium and payments
The Premium pass is optional. Subscriptions (monthly and yearly) renew automatically until you cancel; Founder is a one-off payment. Payments are handled by Stripe and we do not store your card details. Prices may change, with notice for active subscriptions.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period already paid. Because digital content is made available immediately, by starting you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal may no longer apply once you begin using it. Refund requests are assessed case by case: contact us.
5. Acceptable use
Do not cheat, manipulate the rankings, or abuse or interfere with how the service works. We may remove fraudulent scores and suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Intellectual property
The games, text, art, code and the Backpackers World Adventures brand belong to us or their respective owners. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive licence to play; you may not copy, resell or redistribute the content.
7. Third-party services
The service uses third parties (Stripe for payments, Supabase for account and sync) and may link to external sites, for which we are not responsible. See the Privacy Policy for what data is processed.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Changes, governing law and contact
